Best experience I’ve ever had with a removalist company, from start to finish.Great pricing and no hidden fees or information.The boys showed up on time with communication.The 2 man were so quick and efficient. Very professional and super smooth move we had over the past weekend! The assigned crew tirelessly worked for entire 12 hours the move took to move us from 5 bedroom house to our new double story dwelling. The crew carefully packed everything and diligently transported them to our new house then unpacked everything! Couldn't be much happier than this! So grateful to the crew and to the company!

Quick, professional,made a difficult day a lot easier.We moved from 4 bedroom double garage home to 3 bedroom single garage home. Distance was 5 km.Whole job, including piano, took 5 hours.

After our previous move with a big name competitor was a complete disaster we were very nervous about moving again. We need not have worried about it. The service we received, firstly from Linda who came out to our home to assess the job, to the tireless efforts of Reece and his moving crew on the day of uplift & then on delivery the next day was absolutely stellar.Linda's assessment of the job was spot on and Reece & his team coped with our awkward dog leg stairs & some very heavy & precious items including a much loved 30 yr old pinball machine without any issues or damage.I cannot recommend Adams & Rofe highly enough, they were on time, careful with our belongings & very professional.

Big shout out to Rhys & Mick who went above and beyond with my move to Oran Park last Friday (9th). Very obliging and nothing I requested was too much trouble for them. They were professional and courteous, even when my over-sized Fridge caused a few grey hairs trying to get it out of the house. Very much appreciated boys. My wife and I decided to move when we found our dream home. Moving brings a lot of stress but at least from a removalists side, this wasn’t stressful. My experience with Adams & Rofe Removals & Storage has been fantastic!From the calls & emails to the office to the move itself - It was just great.The lady at the office (Kelly) I originally spoke to and emailed was super nice and helpful. She was more than happy to help and answer my questions.The two removalist were also very friendly and they were very efficient!There was also NO damage at all to my items or to my new house - They took great care!I highly recommend Adams & Rofe Removals & Storage to anyone moving houses.

Great service from start to finish. A very professional company to deal with and in our case we were being looked after by Tash. Thanks Tash for all your reassurances! Really had nothing to worry about, from start to finish we were made to feel at ease and in good hands for our move from Sydney to Adelaide. Everything went smoothly and the crews at both ends were fantastic. Not a thing arrived damaged! Thank you to the Sydney crew for taking extra care when packing our goods into the container and the Adelaide crew (Peter & Adam) for unpacking meticulously. Timelines were spot on (no delays at either end) and on arrival in Adelaide Peter & Adam were very helpful to sort our furniture and boxes and take them to the respective rooms of our new home. Our experience was 5 stars and we have no hesitation in recommending Adams & Rofe Removals (also known as Zoom). Very happy we chose Adams & Rofe over many other company's that were almost double the price for the same arrangement.
