After some poor experiences with other 'big name' removal companies, I can only say that you will not be disappointed in the excellent service and responsiveness from Adams & Rofe. I would not hesitate to use them again in future and I can't speak highly enough of the business, very professional and excellent value for money.

From the first phone call to ask for a quote, to the guys arriving to pack us up and move us, there where no hidden costs, everything explained, nice clean and well presented removalists where nothing was a bother.

I’ve moved with Adams and Rofe twice now and they are fantastic! The sales staff are pleasant to deal with, the removal teams are professional and friendly, and they are reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed

The office ladies were so nice and informative The guys that moved us were soooo lovely and efficient I've had other removalists take much longer to increase the hours paid but these guys were zoom zoom! And so careful. Not a single item hit a wall.

Great service from start to finish. A very professional company to deal with and in our case we were being looked after by Tash. Thanks Tash for all your reassurances! Really had nothing to worry about, from start to finish we were made to feel at ease and in good hands for our move from Sydney to Adelaide. Everything went smoothly and the crews at both ends were fantastic. Not a thing arrived damaged! Thank you to the Sydney crew for taking extra care when packing our goods into the container and the Adelaide crew (Peter & Adam) for unpacking meticulously. Timelines were spot on (no delays at either end) and on arrival in Adelaide Peter & Adam were very helpful to sort our furniture and boxes and take them to the respective rooms of our new home. Our experience was 5 stars and we have no hesitation in recommending Adams & Rofe Removals (also known as Zoom). Very happy we chose Adams & Rofe over many other company's that were almost double the price for the same arrangement.
