From the start of the experience with Nicole coordinating and organising the move, to the end with Savio and Rama carefully but efficiently unloading our stuff, this company provided a 5-star experience. The inventory they give you to catalogue your belongings makes it so much easier to remember all your junk.Nicole was friendly, helpful and great to communicate with.Savio and Rama were so careful with our stuff and are Tetris geniuses! They packed the truck so efficiently and really used up the space. They had plenty of blankets and plastic wrap to protect our more fragile items. They were kind and professional at all times. When they arrived to drop off everything, they unpacked with the same efficiency and care we had come to know.I highly recommend Adams & Rofe.Also, i'm writing this review a week after the move, they didn't pressure me to review. I had to ask the guys to message me their names so I could include it in this review.

On Tuesday 12th May my wife Lynette and I were helping our Friends Janet and Ian Hamilton move from their house in Harrington Park to Tahmoor.Ian and Janet had contracted Adams and Rofe to move their household, and they were expected to turn up at a time agreed with Ian and Janet.Two trucks turned up right on time and the lead removalist, Frank, courteously introducing himself and from that moment on the four men never stopped until very late into the day when all of the household gear was delivered into the new dwelling in Tahmoor.Not one word of complaint was heard from any of the men and I can honestly say they all worked like TROJANS all day.All items were received in exactly the same condition as they left the original home.The respect all of the men showed Ian and Janet and also Lynette and myself was extremely refreshing and welcome.Both Lynette and I came out of jobs where treatment of the clients that we dealt with was expected, and achieved, to be above first class and therefore we are well qualified to comment on extremely good practice.Our experience has led us to agree that if we ever move we will be calling Adams and Rofe and asking for the same removalists.Keep up the good workSincerelyLynette and Brian Richardson

Issa and Ammar were fantastic during my move from rural NSW to Canberra. Aidn and his cousin drove all the way to Mildura VIC for our removal, driving 10 hours one way, working an 11 hour day, and then all the way back! Unbelievable effort from both men who were very careful with our belongings. Would definitely use the company again in future.
