We manage your move in a way that ensures your possessions are protected throughout the process of moving house, but realistically, your belongings may be at risk due to events beyond our control.
As a proud member of AFRA (Australian Furniture Removers Association), we are authorised and certified to provide you with specialised transit insurance well as storage insurance to protect your items while they are being moved or held in storage. Our goods in transit insurance policies are underwritten by Zurich, and our insurance for furniture in storage by CGU, and so you have all the protection you need without the inconvenience of having to go through a third party insurer.
If you have not taken out an insurance policy with us, then please note you are not automatically covered.
NSW Fair Trading recommends that you arrange transit insurance for your move. Only goods in transit insurance for removals fully insures your household goods when you move home.
CHOICE Australia recommends checking your home contents insurance or renters insurance as certain policies can insure your goods during a move or while in storage. If you are not covered, we can provide you with the moving home insurance cover that you need for a low additional premium.
